Open Question: Did the Chicago White Sox get the idea for their name from the Boston Red Sox?
so they both just happen to spell Sox the same and chose to have a sock color represent their teams?

Open Question: I just realized that, all of this time I’ve had a religion and I didn’t even realize it, how weird is that?
It’s almost baseball season. I can’t wait to get my tickets to see the Chicago White Sox home opener. I’ve already marked every game in my blackberry so that I know when to make time to go see it or set my DVR to record it. I’m also sitting here calculating out the potential mathematical odds of whose going to make it to the world series, and I can’t balance my chequebook. I also know know more about the history of baseball and the Chicago teams than I know about American history in general. Does this mean I have a baseball religion? Should I pray to the baseball gods for my team to make another world series win? If the Cubs win the world series, does that mean that the apocalypse is upon us?

Open Question: What two teams do you want to see in the World Series?
I would like to see the Chicago White Sox and the Atlanta Braves.
